Description
In the self-advocate community, there is a shortage of effective leaders due to various reasons such as aging, lack of awareness in leadership training and career opportunities. To address this gap, we created a leadership training pipeline for emerging self-advocate leaders. This session will describe an innovative leadership model that includes an explicit leadership pathway for Self-Advocates.
