Description

Educational institutions in their role as employers can pave the way for how to find, hire, retain, and advance employees with disabilities. Using research by Cornell University and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, participants in this interactive workshop will: 1: Analyze research on policies and practices implemented by the public and private sectors to employ people with disabilities; and, 2: Strategize ways to implement these practices at educational institution.
