Free Hotel Shuttle

  • Crystal City Van Shuttle: the free shuttle leaves the hotel every 15 minutes on the hour, 1/4 hour, ½ hour and 3/4 hour to the Crystal City Metro.  4 of the 6 shuttle buses are accessible. If you need an accessible shuttle, call the hotel at 703-418-1234 to ensure an accessible shuttle will be at your location.

    Located south of the city along the Potomac River and offering a full range of domestic flights on major, regional and commuter carriers. The Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel provides free shuttle service with chair lifts to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport. Courtesy shuttle service to and from airport is available 5:00am-12:00am. Pickup from the airportevery 20 min at the top of the hour and 20 minutes and 40 minutes past the hour. For guests in the area who require transportation back to hotel, call 1-703-418-1234. (Blue vans with white lettering saying Hyatt Regency Crystal City). Guests are advised to call hotel directly for free van pick-up, courtesy phone in baggage claim area. Taxi: approx $6, but there is a free accessible hotel shuttle bus.

    • Take the Blue or Yellow line to the Crystal City Station. Take the escalators from the station up to the street. Once you are at the top of the escalators, turn to the left toward the brown Metro sign. The Hyatt shuttles stop at the corner (look for the WhiteRed Shuttle sign) every 1/2 hour. For pick-up at the METRO, please call the hotel directly at 703-418-1234.

  • MARC Commuter train from BWI Airport
