Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration cancellations and refund requests received on or before October 4 are subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after October 4. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. No phone cancellations will be accepted. Substitutions can be made free of charge up until 14 days before the start of the event. After that, all substitutions are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Submit all requests to [email protected]. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Group Registrations

For member UCEDD, IDDRC, and LEND Program personnel and trainees, after the first five registrations from the same Center or Program using the dropdown menu provided, the sixth and subsequent will automatically receive 20% discounts off the base registration fee. Individuals from the same Center or Program do not need to register together to be eligible for the discount. Only those registrants selecting their AUCD Center or Program from the dropdown list will count toward the discount. If you are registering multiple individuals at the same time, please feel free to refer to this Word version of the registration form for information you will need from each registrant.

Scholarships

AUCD is pleased to offer scholarships each year to support AUCD Emerging Leaders in attending the AUCD Conference as well as individuals with disabilities, family members with individuals with disabilities, and early career professionals with five years or less experience in the Network. Accessibility Accommodations

We want to make sure that every attendee feels included before and during the AUCD Conference. We are working on several things to support attendees’ full participation. All attendees in need of accessibility accommodations (CART captioning, ASL interpreters, large print, etc.) must note this on their registration form or email  [email protected] within 30 days of the event (October 4). We cannot guarantee accommodations for requests received after October 4. Learn more about Conference Accessibility. 

Consent to Use of Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, this event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by the event organizers and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host convention and visitor's bureau.
