This session will present data on early developmental concerns, delays, and diagnoses and participation in early intervention and medical home services for infants and toddlers. The current picture of early identification and opportunities to fill gaps in knowledge will be discussed. This session will be relevant to practitioners, policy makers, and researchers interested in using data to inform services and policies for young children with developmental delays or disabilities.
