Collective Impact is a model for social change, fueled by the commitment of people and organizations from different sectors to develop a common approach to solve a complex social issue! Hawaii is using Collective Impact to address Homelessness and Early Childhood Health and Education. What we are learning and the conditions necessary for successful implementation.
