This session includes an overview of Screening to Succeed, a Rhode Island (RI) Race to The Top Early Learning Challenge project, which supports primary care providers with, financial resources and on-site technical assistance, to implement standardized developmental screening, using an electronic screening system and to link families with appropriate resources. RI?s Learn the Signs. Act Early. activities are embedded in the technical assistance provided to practices.
