The Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD) and the Early Childhood/Intervention Special Interest Group (EC SIG) of AUCD have joined with The National Early Childhood Personnel Technical Assistance Center (ECPC), funded by the Office of Special Education Programs, U.S. Department of Education (OSEP), to host the Third Annual Summit on Early Childhood Personnel at AUCD's 2018 Annual Meeting.

PLEASE COME if you are involved in early childhood intervention and personnel development.

You may come alone, or as part of a team! And bring your students!

You may bring up to three partners from your state who you will work with to improve preservice and inservice learning opportunities in early childhood intervention.  Teams must include a parent, and at least one state Part C or Part B/619 representative.

Funding is available for travel and lodging if needed!

National speakers will highlight current research, policy, and practice to support the competence of the growing workforce who serve infants and young children with disabilities in quality, inclusive early childhood environments.

The content of the sessions will be determined by those who attend as soon as registration is finalized.

If you have questions about funding or the meeting, please contact Mary Beth Bruder at the UConn Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at [email protected] or 860-679-1500.
