Allison Haeger is the Communications Assistant at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities. She will support the management of AUCD’s social media platforms, the planning and production of Tuesdays with Liz, AUCD's CDC-funded project to spread vaccine confidence in the disability community, planning and messaging for the annual Conference, and assist AUCD staff with communications related inquiries.

Allison has in-depth experience in communications, journalism, social media production, graphic design, mentoring student peers, and working under pressure. She received a double BA in Media and Culture and Professional Writing from Miami University in 2022, with minors in Creative Writing and Film Studies.

In her spare time, Allison enjoys practicing her creative writing, analyzing film and television, unwinding with a coloring book, and taking long walks (where she searches for snakes and turtles if she’s in the right spot).
