Holly Hohmeister, MS, is the Senior Project Manager for Vaccine Outreach Initiatives. She manages the Local Vaccine Outreach Initiative as well as AUCD’s grantee activities for the USAging Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative. Holly plans and provides technical assistance to project partners engaged in vaccine outreach for the disability community, which include UCEDDs, LENDs, and Developmental Disability Organizations. This involves developing resources, key messages, and facilitating communication and outreach activities across all AUCD member programs.

She also presents at meetings with stakeholders to share vaccine confidence and outreach strategies for disability populations.

Holly has more than 15 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, state agencies, and federal grantees. Her work consisted of planning and directing innovative programs that demonstrated measurable outcomes. Holly has specialized knowledge and expertise in the areas of human service delivery systems, developmental disabilities policies and programs, and program administration.

Holly previously served as the Senior Manager of Programs and Contracts at the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from Florida State University.
