Holly Hohmeister, MS, is the Project Consultant for the Local Vaccine Outreach Initiative under the AUCD's Public Health Team. She facilitates the National Learning Community for this initiative comprised of several grantees (Disability Organizations, Regional and Mini Hubs, and AUCD Network Trainees).

Holly has over 15 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, state agencies, and federal grantees to plan and direct innovative programs that demonstrated measurable outcomes. She has specialized knowledge and expertise in the areas of human service delivery systems, developmental disabilities policies and programs, and program administration. Holly brings an enthusiasm for disability inclusion in health and public health efforts and previously served as the Senior Manager of Programs and Contracts at the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council.

Holly received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida State University. She is a member of the 2-1-1 Big Bend Board of Directors.
