Charlotte Marshall, MPH is an Act Early/COVID-19 Evaluation Project Manager for AUCD's Public Health Team. She is conducting evaluation activities for the "Learn the Signs. Act Early" response to COVID-19.

Charlotte received her Master of Public Health degree in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education as well as a certificate in Maternal and Child Health from Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Charlotte previously worked at Northwestern University, Rollins School of Public Health, and the Winship Cancer Institute at Emory University where she served as Research Associate and Graduate Research Assistant. Charlotte has worked in health communication and public health research for seven years and has contributed to work on developmental delays and disabilities, neonatal infections, traumatic brain injury, lymphoma surveillance, cancer prevention, and universal design.
