Caitlin Chasar

Summer Intern

Caitlin is a summer intern with AUCD through the American Association for People with Disabilities (AAPD) Internship Program Class of 2016. She is originally from North Wales, Pennsylvania and living in Washington, D.C for the summer. Caitlin earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations in 2013 from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. In December of 2016, she expects to earn a Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Edinboro University. She is a member of the Spina Bifida Association of America (SBAA) and the American Counseling Association (ACA). Caitlin has a personal interest in improving the health and wellness of people with disabilities through involvement in adaptive sports as well as advocating for employment and education among people with disabilities.
