Jessica Minor, MPP

Jessica Minor is the Public Health Program Manager at AUCD. She supports capacity development and technical assistance for the AUCD network, under a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). She most recently worked as the Program Assistant on the Operations Team, aiding in daily operations and cross-departmental needs.

Jessica received her Master’s degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jessica is also currently a board member of Independence Now, the Center for Independent Living in Montgomery County and Prince George’s County in Maryland, and is a part of the Emerging Leaders Montgomery County class of 2017.

Prior to joining AUCD, Jessica moved to the DC-area from Indianapolis to work at the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation. There, she worked both with the development and program departments, working with fundraising and volunteer events, coordination of grant materials, and annual meetings. She holds a strong and personal interest in the disability community.
