UCEDD Success Stories
The UCEDD Resource Center (URC) is collecting UCEDD Success Stories every month to the Administration of Community Living in its monthly reporting. URC will also include these stories in AUCD Weekly and AUCD 360 and now has a dedicated page on the URC website. Sharing these stories with the URC each month will count toward your Information and Dissemination!
Please use this form to share your individual UCEDD success stories highlighting the impact of the implementation of the UCEDD Core Functions in the community in the areas of:
- Interdisciplinary Training: Understanding pre-service preparation and continuing education activities.
- Community Service: Understanding community training, technical assistance, and model demonstration services.
- Information Dissemination: Understanding information dissemination to ensure the UCEDD is a local, state, and national resource.
- Research & Evaluation: Understanding research and evaluation activities.
