The Center for Child and Family Research at Siskin Children's Institute is pleased to announce an interdisciplinary postdoctoral research training fellowship in collaboration with The College of Health, Education, and Professional Studies at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). An individualized learning and apprenticeship approach will support the fellow to accelerate his or her initial-career trajectory by augmenting his or her knowledge, skills, and interests in three interrelated core competency areas: (1) policies and administration related to the Routines-Based Early Intervention (RBEI) and the Engagement Classroom (EC) models; (2) practices embedded in the RBEI and EC models; and (3) research and evaluation to discover effective practices within these models. The fellowship program is designed for those who have recently received the Ph.D. or are early-career scholars interested in augmenting their training in early-childhood studies as well as receiving training in the RBEI and EC models or video (self-) modeling. The fellowship carries a competitive stipend, full-time benefits including health insurance, and funds for professional travel. For additional information about the postdoctoral fellowship program, please contact Dr. Robin McWilliam at [email protected].
