Position Summary  
   
The Institute for Human Development and Disability (IHDD) is seeking to hire a Film Production Manager. IHDD has a long-standing reputation for producing high-quality films highlighting the human story. The incumbent will oversee script development, taping, and editing of films.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies     

•   Proficient with specialized software and hardware common to video production and graphic design.
•   Significant experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
•   Demonstrated ability to curate and adapt content for designated communications channels.
•   Ability to work on deadline and manage several tasks simultaneously with consistent follow-through.
•   Excellent written and oral communication skills, including interviewing, editing, and proof-reading.
•   Creative self-starter with the ability to exhibit diplomacy and tact while protecting confidentiality.
