The Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (SRALab) is a leader in research measuring the long-term impact of medical rehabilitation in patients with disabilities. The Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research (CROR) is dedicated to excellence in health services research. We generate research- based knowledge to disseminate and inform all our stakeholders.

The Research Associate II conducts research projects/studies in a SRAlab laboratory that requires deep technical expertise in a relevant discipline such as bioengineering, biology, physiology, or health services research. The Research Associate II will typically work as part of a multidisciplinary team that will require the ability to translate one’s discipline to others who do not possess as deep a knowledge base. The Research Associate II should have an explicit understanding of the research methods and measures relevant to laboratory projects, and be able to develop project deliverables independently.
