Position:  Wrap Around Coach/Enhanced Care Coordinator

Summary: The Wraparound Coach/ECC Coach provides formal training and technical assistance to a caseload of 9-12 NH Wraparound/ECC Coordinators in order to ensure high quality fidelity of implementation to the NH Wraparound practice. 

They work with agencies that have grants or contracts to provide Medicaid-funded services to families and youth with significant mental health needs. The Wraparound/ECC Coach uses data and tools developed by our team, documents their contacts, and serves as a member of the IOD Wraparound/ECC Coaching team. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate academic discipline or equivalent, Master’s preferred;
  • Three years of recent experience providing NH Wraparound to families in NH with documented fidelity.
  • Holds current certification as a NH Wraparound Coordinator or will be certified by time of hire;
  • Recommended by a NH Wraparound/ECC Coach and DHHS Wraparound Director;
  • Demonstrated ability to design, conduct, and evaluate implementation fidelity and project outcomes.
  • High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work with diverse constituencies. Willingness to travel as required in project area.
  • Demonstrated adherence to ethical standards of practice and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Driver’s license and own transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
