The world's rapidly changing health care landscape and Rutgers Global Health Institute's focus on health equity are drivers for this search.

Across the university's 29 schools and nearly 300 research centers and institutes, Rutgers faculty have strengths in many aspects of global health: new and old epidemics and pandemics, neglected infectious diseases, environmental impacts on health, improving health systems and policies, noncommunicable diseases, and social determinants of health. Rutgers Global Health Institute's focus areas highlight these and other broad fields within global health, which demand a multipronged approach and diverse disciplines in order to create impact.

Rutgers Global Health Institute invites applications for faculty whose work focuses on any of the broad areas of global health. We are seeking applications from committed investigators to join our institute and the appropriate affiliated Rutgers school or health system at assistant or associate/full professor level (tenured or tenure track). Residence location is not restricted to New Jersey.

Through this search, we seek to identify extraordinary scholars in their fields. Responsibilities include a combination of research and other activity, depending on the applicants' fields of inquiry.
