At the rank of Research Professor (non-tenure line), the CTCI Director will extend the research and practice in multiple specialty areas that promote the development of transition-age youth with disabilities (and their families), particularly secondary transition, vocational rehabilitation, and general education. The Director also will develop, secure, and manage federal and state grants and contracts; collaborate with local, state and federal partners on research, evaluation, training and technical assistance; liaise with relevant departmental, College of Education, and University offices; and partner with local, state and national stakeholder groups to translate research to practice and policy.
