Case Services Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Assistant Director, the Case Services Coordinator will oversee routine student services within the Center for Students with Disabilities (CSD), including assisting students with registering with the Center to begin the interactive process of requesting accommodations. Additionally, this professional will obtain and electronically file confidential documentation from medical providers. The Coordinator will exercise independent judgement within established CSD policies and procedures to address the needs of students, family members, faculty/staff, visitors and medical professionals in a fast paced, student-centered environment. The incumbent will interact daily with the Center's student population, family members (parents/guardians), medical professionals and members of the UConn community and must be able to provide exemplary service while exercising discretion and carefully maintaining confidentiality.
