The Virginia Commonwealth University's (VCU) School of Education has an exciting opportunity for the Executive Director of the Partnership for People with Disabilities. The Partnership for People with Disabilities is Virginia's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD). It is one of a national network of UCEDDs in major universities and teaching hospitals across the country. This is a twelve-month, tenured or non-tenure eligible position. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the Partnership's. This includes pursuit and management of new and existing extramural grant funds, in addition to the Partnership's core UCEDD grant. Successful candidates will have a successful track record with external grant funds, supervisory experience, and demonstrated experience in research and practice in advancing access, equity, and quality education for underrepresented learners within low-resource communities. This includes a commitment to addressing diversity, inclusion, social justice and equity in education/special education through research, teaching, service and mentoring.
