Program Manager - EconSys, Falls Church, VA

EconSys is searching for a Program Manager to join their Management Consulting business unit in Falls Church, Virginia. This organization solves difficult issues and creates useful programs to help government organizations approach problems and decision-making for over 30 years. Their products and services are used by more than 100 Federal agencies.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for conducting an array of logistical, administrative, and operational tasks associated with project implementation
- Managing and coordinating work on multiple projects or tasks
- Responsible for the oversight and maintenance of all program deliverables
- Serving as the direct interface between the project teams (including employees and independent 1099 consultants) and the clients regarding performance of the work
- Providing regular, day-to-day leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Developing and maintaining master project schedules
- Developing and maintaining network of industry contacts to support project work
- Coordinating and managing project meetings and conferences
- Identifying and managing proposal and business development opportunities which align with corporate goals
- Assisting business unit lead to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the business unit
- Maintaining excellent client/contractor relationships
Qualifications:
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Experience in Federal government programs and program evaluation
- Experience in government contracts including proposal development and managing multiple government clients
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of Federal government disability-related policies and programs such as:
o Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
o Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
o Home and Community Based Settings (HCBS) Rule
o Medicaid/Medicaid Waivers
o Competitive Integrated Employment
o Customized Employment

o Supported employment program

- Knowledge of Section 508 Compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency utilizing Office 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Years of Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. A master's degree can be substituted for 1 year of work experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a field such as public policy, business administration, management, or another relevant field.
