Virginia Commonwealth University's Center on Transition Innovations is hiring for a Postsecondary Transition Associate. This position will focus on supporting the Center's postsecondary initiatives, including day-to-day operations for ACE-IT in College (IPSE; CTP), development of online training materials that focus on preparing youth with disabilities for postsecondary education, and other grant-work related to preparing for and succeeding in postsecondary education for students with disabilities.
