Training Associate II (Employment Focused) - Institute for Community Inclusion, University of Massachusetts Boston

The Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) is hiring a Training Associate II to support a number of projects focused on employment for people with disabilities. The Training Associate II will join a team that is passionate about employment and eager to support change and innovation locally, regionally and nationally.

The Training Associate II will: develop and deliver both in-person and online training; provide consultative services to agencies; work on several project teams delivering training and consultative services to state agency personnel and community providers; develop universally designed products such as manuals, curricula, web content and other resource materials as part of a dissemination strategy; and participate in project evaluation processes.

ICI is a University Center for Excellence in Disability located at the University of Massachusetts Boston and Boston Children's Hospital. The Training Associate will be employed by UMass Boston. Some national travel is required.
