Easterseals Midwest is a growing, not-for-profit social services agency committed to helping individuals with developmental disabilities - including autism - learn, live, work and participate in the community. The agency is currently seeking a Vice President for its Autism Services Division, which currently serves more than 3,300 individuals in St. Louis, Kansas City, Columbia, Springfield, Joplin, Cape Girardeau and Poplar Bluff, Missouri. 

The Vice President is responsible for all aspects of the Autism Services operations with over 240 employees and an operating budget of $10M. A main priority of this position will be to develop on-going strategies, timelines, objectives, and metrics for the Autism Division. Responsibility for results include: client satisfaction and retention; service quality and improvements; employee engagement, development; innovation and expansion of services statewide; and financial results.  Activities will include: strategic planning and implementation of key initiatives, developing a team-based data-driven organizational culture, setting high standards of performance, and developing and strengthening positive relationships with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the delivery of autism services with demonstrated skill in managing, building and growing programs. Familiarity with creating evidence based approaches and working with productivity and billable hour work systems.   Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must. Strong servant leader who can provide direction, feedback and development for Director level leaders. Ability to develop, guide and execute a business plan. Must be able to manage and embrace change. 3-5 years' in non-profit, developmental disabilities or other executive leadership preferred. Experience in working with state agencies required. Will be tasked with developing Telehealth model of service delivery   Bachelor's Degree required and Master's Degree in business, non-profit management, human services or related area preferred. Must be comfortable using technology as a tool. Frequent travel to statewide offices is involved.

This position will report to the Chief Program Officer and will serve as a member of the Executive Team responsible for guiding the entire organization.
