The Senior Research Fellow/Director of the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) is responsible for providing overall direction and oversight for the ICI thereby implementing the ICI's mission and values. The Director will work with senior staff to integrate operations, program development, strategic planning, academic and scholarly pursuits and external relationships across all interested partners and entities. The incumbent will be the public leader of the ICI and will help facilitate the integration of the activities of the ICI into the activities of the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development (SGISD) at, as well as other institutes and centers of the University of Massachusetts Boston; and coordinate with ICI activities occurring at Boston Children's Hospital. Specific areas of responsibility include strategic planning, organizational leadership and development; management of the ICI's diverse programs and functions.
