About the Position:

The Career Development Director will lead the employment components of Vanderbilt's inclusive higher education program, Next Steps at Vanderbilt. We are looking for an innovative and driven leader to guide the implementation and continued development of all employment-related activities that comprise a core element of our nationally recognized program. Next Steps at Vanderbilt (www.vu.edu/nextsteps) supports a four-year college experience for young adults with intellectual disability (ages 18-26), which includes involvement in classes, student organizations, campus life, internships, and paid employment. We strive to provide each of our students with the skills, experiences, aspirations, and linkages needed to obtain competitive employment and launch a personally meaningful career.
