The Section of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics is looking for a board certified or board eligible Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician at an Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, or Clinical Professor level.

The Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Section has three full time and one adjunct Developmental-Behavioral Pediatricians and 21 other faculty primarily in psychology. It has two centers, the Child Study Center focusing on developmental and behavioral pediatrics and the Center for Child Abuse and Neglect. It has USMCHB funded Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) and DBP Fellowship Programs.

Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics faculty provide instruction to pediatric trainees in a one-month required rotation. Current research projects in the section include assessing an early intervention program for children with ASD, fetal drug and alcohol exposure and child abuse prevention, emotional trauma, and ADHD.
