Health Equity Training for UCEDD Network: Planning Survey

Mercedes Avila (VT LEND Director) provides powerful training on topics including (1) Structural Competence and Cultural Humility to Address Disparities and Inequities, (2) Provider Bias Awareness to Address Disparities and Inequities, and (3) Pathways to Health Equity: Case Studies to Advance Equitable Care and Anti-Oppressive Practice. The UCEDD Resource Center is pleased to fund delivery of these trainings to interested UCEDD faculty and staff over the summer of 2022.

Please complete this survey by May 27 to indicate interest in trainings, timing, and need for CEUs so we can plan accordingly.

This survey can be completed by a single person on behalf of all your UCEDD, or can be forwarded to your UCEDD faculty/staff for individual completion. A pdf of the survey is available here.
