In 2013, the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) published a broad array of materials focused on improving health care access and quality for low-income Americans, especially those with complex and high-cost health care needs. Below are our top 10 most frequently downloaded resources. We invite you to look back at our most accessed resources from the last 12 months and keep an eye out for new developments at www.chcs.org in 2014!   

1. Quality Measurement in Integrated Care for Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees - Summarizes efforts to develop quality of care measures for Medicare-Medicaid enrollees and provides guidance on developing measurement approaches for proposed integrated programs.  
2. Innovations in Integration: State Approaches to Improving Care for Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees -Explores the innovative design approaches that have been proposed by select states participating in the State Demonstrations to Integrate Care for Dual Eligible Individuals and examines common issues states face in creating integrated programs. 
3.
