Dr. William Kiernan, Director of the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at UMass Boston participated in a panel on DC Dialogue, a program of NECN in Boston. Dr. Kiernan discussed the tremendous impact of employment opportunities for people with disabilities, for both the employee and the employer.
