Fran Goldfarb Presented with the Distinguished Individual Award from the Family Resource Centers Network of California

The Family Resource Center Distinguished Individual Service Award is presented to a deserving individual or individuals who have contributed long-time service to their Family Resource Center. This award recognizes the outstanding contributions of an individual member of FRC personnel or volunteer, who through personal experience and action has demonstrated his or her commitment to improving the quality of support to families with children with disabilities.

The Family Resource Centers Network of California (FRCNCA) is a coalition of California's 47 Family Resource Centers. The 47 Early Start Family Resource Centers are funded through the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) - Infants and Toddlers Part C. Members are represented on the statewide network through Regional Representatives. This award was given at the 2012 Annual FRCNCA conference.
