Think College Announces 2012 Emerging Scholars

Think College, at the Institute for Community Inclusion, University of Massachusetts, has announced the 2012 cohort of Emerging Scholars in Post-Secondary Education for People with Intellectual Disabilities. Think College received many excellent applications and ultimately chose five individuals for the scholarly support.

 

The 2012 Emerging Scholars are:

• Megan Griffin, Vanderbilt University

• Kristen Love, University of Rochester

• Clare Papay, Arcadia University

• Seb Prohn, Western Carolina University

• Zachary Walker, University of Central Florida

 

This first cohort of scholars will plan and present Think College webinars, present their work at conferences, write Think College Insight Briefs, and work collaboratively to complete this work and promote post-secondary educational options for people with intellectual disabilities.
