On September 20, the House of Representatives passed the Combating Autism Reauthorization Act (HR 2005) by voice vote under suspension of the rules. While this was a key step forward for the bill, the Senate must now act to pass it before it expires on September 30. At the press conference, Reps. Smith and Doyle urged the Senate to act quickly to pass the bill.
