The Human Development Institute, the University of Kentucky's Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, recently announced the winner and two finalists of the 2011 Paul Kevin Burberry Award, the institute's most prestigious student award. Alicia Renfro Watts, a recent graduate of Midway College, was presented the award June 24.
