The Center for Disabilities and Development Partners with the Iowa Department of Human Services on the Money Follows the Person (MFP) Program

The Center for Disabilities and Development, Iowa's UCEDD, partners with the Iowa Department of Human Services on many systems improvement initiatives, including the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program. The UCEDD's website has a new video that highlights a few of the individuals who have had success under Iowa's MFP program. The video features an introduction by Iowa's Senator Tom Harkin who was instrumental in sponsoring legislation that created and funds the national MFP program.
