The MCH Leadership Competencies Workgroup announced the release of Maternal and Child Health Leadership Competencies, version 3.0. On the website you will find:

• MCH leadership defined
• Conceptual framework for how MCH Leaders develop
• Core MCH Leadership Competencies, including:
  • Suggested Educational Experiences for each competency,
  • Resources such as readings and web sites, and
  • Assessment tools to measure competence.
• How Others are using the MCH Leadership Competencies
• Discussion forums:
  • Post new materials you'd like to share,
  • Comment on the competencies, and
  • Post requests for feedback from others.
