2004 Diversity Survey Results: AUCD Network

The purpose of this survey was to provide a snapshot of specific aspects of diversity among the Centers and Programs within the AUCD Network. This PowerPoint presentation possesses the results collected from the various UCEDDs and LEND programs that chose to participate in the survey. The preliminary results were displayed to the Board of Directors and the members of the Network during the recent 2003 AUCD Annual Meeting and Conference. More data was collected during December 2003 and have been included the updated PowerPoint presentation. The results are intended to describe Center/Program employees, volunteers, and advisory/leadership committees. This baseline of information will help AUCD and our member organizations to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing future strategic activities in regards to increasing the diversity within our network. These strategies are currently under development by the AUCD Diversity Workgroup, consisting of AUCD directors and staff.
