2007 Diversity Survey Results: AUCD Network

During May 2007, the University Centers for Excellence on Developmental Disabilities (UCEDDs) and the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental & Related Disabilities (LEND) Programs participated in the 2007 AUCD Diversity Survey. The revised survey was a collaborative effort between the Multi-cultural, Training Directors, and COCA Councils. The purpose of the survey was to collect current data on the demographic characteristics of the AUCD membership. This report contains findings from the 2007 survey only.

Information on program employees, members of their Advisory/Leadership Committees were collected including age, gender, race/ethnicity, parent/consumer status. In addition several open-ended questions were asked related to barriers to meeting diversity goals, needs for training and technical assistance, description of best-practices, were also asked.
