Marnie Morneault Appointed as Chair of Maine's Interagency Coordinating Council (ME UCEDD)

Marnie Morneault, a research associate from the University of Maine Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies (ME UCEDD) has been appointed as Chair of Maine’s Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC). The ICC is a required component of the early intervention system in every state.

Morneault, who specializes in inclusive care and education, is an alumna of the NH LEND Program (2013) and is currently a family faculty member for the NH-ME LEND Program.

The Maine ICC advises and works collaboratively with Child Development Services (CDS) to provide information, share resources, and identify improvement strategies to help ensure the continued success and improvement of Maine’s comprehensive system of early intervention for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
