WIHD Selected as One of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Westchester

WIHD was recently named as one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Westchester! The awards program began in 2021 and is promoted by 914INC. in partnership with Best Companies Group.  
 
This regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Westchester, benefiting the region's economy, workforce and businesses. The 2021 Best Places to Work in Westchester list is made up of 17 companies.
 
The 17 firms that scored top marks from employees have one thing in common: creating a sense of community and family in the workplace. This is certainly true of WIHD which was recognized for its flexible schedules; Family and Medical Leave Act coverage even if the employee doesn’t qualify for it; institutionalized support of personal and professional growth; and a welcoming, inclusive culture.
