AUCD Launches New Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Hub website

AUCD is excited to launch the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) Hub. This new hub expands the former Diversity & Inclusion Toolkit, to now host a broad array of existing resources related to equity, diversity, inclusion, and cultural and linguistic competency.
About the Hub
The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Hub provides resources, examples, and action steps that help enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion and promote cultural humility and responsiveness. The hub brings together the variety of existing resources available in the AUCD network all in one place. It also shares stories of how network members are promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion at their centers and programs and how to engage with AUCD technical assistance initiatives.
The hub will be a place to share out the outcomes, evaluation data, best practices, and lessons learned from our network's ED&I Action Plan implementation efforts. It will also include upcoming opportunities for network members to engage in workgroups and upcoming events related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
The hub will be the central place to Learn, Engage, Explore Resources, and Share your Story as it relates to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the AUCD network.

New ED&I Action Plan Resource Crosswalk
The hub includes a new section of resources for promoting the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Action Plan, including an ED&I Action Plan Resource Crosswalk that crosswalks existing network resources with the action steps of the Action Plan.
This resource is a working document, and will inform the resources available on the new website. Check back soon as more resources are added for each action step of the ED&I Action Plan.
AUCD Network Narratives: Real Stories from our Members
The ED&I Hub also shares episodes from AUCD's new podcast, AUCD Network Narratives: Real Stories from Our Members. It highlights stories of network members promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion and reducing disparities for Black and brown disabled people.
