AUCD2021 - Submit Your Proposal Today!

NEW Deadline: Friday, June 11th

May 11, 2021

AUCD has made the decision to conduct the 2021 Conference as a fully virtual event. With the theme of "Learning Together: Connecting Research and Lived Experience," AUCD2021 will continue to serve as a forum for meaningful collaborations around important topics, best practices, and issues that affect the disability community, our network, and beyond. AUCD is also excited to continue 50th anniversary celebrations during the virtual conference. The 2021 AUCD Conference will take place online November 15-17 and more details on exact times and other potential events will be shared going into the summer.

Submit your proposal for the 2021 Conference

Proposal Deadline: June 11th. Submissions are now closed.
Notifications of acceptance: Late August

This call for proposals includes submissions for concurrent and poster presentations. Presentation formats will be virtual and most likely similar to the pre-recorded presentation format from last year. More information about presentation format options and the virtual platform experience will come out this summer.

NEW: There are no longer three concurrent session types to choose from when submitting. The only concurrent session type this year is a full 75-minute session. The style of the session can be a panel or interactive, but it must be submitted as a full concurrent. The 20-minute paper concurrent session type that was combined with other concurrents has been eliminated.

Please hit the Submit Proposal button below to access the proposal submission site. In order to present at the AUCD virtual conference, all presenters are required to adhere to the accessibility guidelines that will be shared when proposal acceptance notifications go out this summer.
