The Transitions Options in Postsecondary Settings (TOPS) Program at The Ohio State University Nisonger Center is celebrating its tenth year of providing alternative college experiences for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over the past ten years, the program has seen 28 students graduate, collaborated with dozens of Ohio State faculty and staff, and recruited hundreds of peer mentors to support TOPS students in their day-to-day campus activities. 82% of TOPS graduates are in competitive, community employment, making an average of $12.47/hour.
