Call for Consultation: Developing a UCEDD Network TA Plan to Implement the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan

AUCD's UCEDD Resource Center (URC) is looking to fund ten (10) network members who would be interested in participating in a set of 2020-2021 TA activities related to the implementation of the Equity Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan to serve on an advisory group to inform a network TA plan for said activities and one (1) network member to serve as a process facilitator.

Summary of Responsibilities:


Prospective Implementors

Participate in 3 advisory calls in August and September and be available over email for document review and consultation.

Process Facilitator


Organize and facilitate the 3 advisory calls, gather and analyze network input to develop a comprehensive TA plan for the 2020-2021 network activities.

Full scopes of work for the two roles are included in the attached call for consultation.

Funding levels:


Prospective Implementors will receive a $1,000 stipend and the Process Facilitator will be contracted for $5,000 between now and September 29, 2020.

Application Process:

Process Facilitator Applicants

By July 31, 2020, submit a letter of interest (no more than two (2) pages) to Sarah DeMaio ([email protected]) that

  • details your capacity to serve in this role in August-September 2020 and
  • summarizes your background and experience as it relates to group facilitation, TA project design and implementation, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

Prospective Implementors Applicants

By July 31, 2020, submit a letter of interest (no more than two (2) pages) to Sarah DeMaio ([email protected]) that

  • affirms your capacity to participate
  • details your decision-making authority within your UCEDD,
  • describes your UCEDDs interest in informing and receiving technical assistance to implement the ED&I Action Plan and incorporate aspects into your 5-year core grant applications or in revisions to their current 5-year plans, and
  • includes approval from the UCEDD Director.
