OIDD Reporting Measures Update

Due to the change in reporting measures approved by OIDD, former trainees can now be surveyed 2, 5 and 10 years post-completion. Staring this fiscal year (FY20), former UCEDD trainees can be surveyed from FY18, FY15 and FY10.

Please take note there are 2 reports in NIRS that need to be updated. The reports need to be updated to reflect information on 2 year trainees.

 

  1. Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Measures Report- the GPRA Measures report provides information that has been collected through surveys of interdisciplinary pre-service trainees who are asked 2 questions 2, 5, and 10 years post completion
  2. Long Term Survey Info (2018+)- provides terminal year, trainee type, survey login and contact information on trainees to survey 2, 5 and 10 years post completion.

 

Both reports will deploy with these changes in mid-January- please refrain from using these reports until the updates are complete. The former trainee surveys available in NIRS are not affected by the new reporting measure.
