ICI's LEND Director, David Helm Recognized by Arc of Massachusetts 2019

ICI's LEND Director, David Helm was recognized at the Arc of Massachusetts 2019 Fall Reception for his leadership in education and collaboration. In addition to leading the LEND program based at Boston Children's Hospital, David has played a lead role in supporting Massachusetts attendees at the annual Disability Policy Seminar in Washington DC.

With David's leadership Massachusetts has had one of the largest delegations visiting members of Congress each spring to educate them on the importance of supports for people with disabilities and to discuss relevant legislation. David's work continues to provide education to legislators and policy makers on the impact of legislation on children and adults with disabilities and their families.
