New Leadership Opportunity: Council Trainee Representative

The AUCD Emerging Leaders Community, in partnership with the AUCD Councils have launched a new leadership opportunity for IDDRC, LEND, and UCEDD trainees!

AUCD includes five (5) Councils that address emerging trends and issues to facilitate communication across and beyond the AUCD network, including community education, leadership and advocacy, research and evaluation, diversity and inclusion, and interdisciplinary training. This year, one (1) trainee per Council will be selected as a Council Trainee Representative and act as a liaison between the Emerging Leaders Community and the Council.

Council Trainee Representatives will be in this position from January 2020 to November 2020 and have opportunities to:

Build relationships within the AUCD network
Engage in a leadership opportunity associated with a national organization (great on your resumé and CV!)
Receive a $500 scholarship to attend the AUCD 2020 Conference

The deadline for applications, which includes a letter of recommendation, is Friday, December 20.
