July 25, 2007
AUCD LEND Social Workers have collaborated with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) to author a webpage on social work research in developmental disabilities. The NASW Research webpages are created in collaboration with the Institute for the Advancement of Social Work Research (IASWR) and are intended to help inform policy, practice, and education by providing information on social work research to NASW members, as well as to the general public.
Monthly topics on the NASW research webpage include Health Disparities, Child Welfare, Aging, and Mental Health. The newest addition is on the topic of Developmental Disabilities.
